Our mission is to help our clients navigate the accounting and valuation issues resulting from fair value measurements required under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”) and the IRS. We understand both the accounting and valuation issues that arise from complex transactions such as business combinations, equity-linked financings and stock option issuances. We have a broad range of clients, including private and public companies, who selected our firm due to our client-centered approach, high standards and years of experience.
We not only help our clients account for transactions once they have occurred, but we are also available to work with our clients during the negotiation process to help them understand the potential accounting and financial impact of the transaction before it occurs. Having this knowledge gives our clients the opportunity to negotiate changes to specific terms in their agreements before the transaction is finalized to help prevent accounting or tax “surprises”.
